A two-phase consultation to achieve greater union contract compliance by department managers and supervisors. Phase One – Collaboration with the organization’s HR department and labor attorney to flow chart each section of the union contract that includes supervisory responsibilities.  Phase Two – Implementation of the flow charts through a training session for managers and supervisors. The organization benefits from more consistent administration of the union contract which, in turn, can reduce the number of unfair labor practice charges.

Harassment and Discrimination Training

This two-hour required management training for California employers with fifty or more employees will help the organization achieve a workplace free of harassment and discrimination where employees are comfortable and respected while at work, and will build management’s understanding of the law and their role in creating a great place to work.
