PROCESS-FOCUSED POSITION DESCRIPTIONS

Contemporary design of position descriptions which moves the organization from a task or responsibilities list to an approach that reflects “supplier – action – customer.”  The descriptions help employees understand who they depend upon, who they serve, the impact of their work, consequences of poor performance, and where their roles fit into the organization’s larger systems.

PERFORMANCE FEEDBACK PROCESS

An employee-driven process which can improve employee engagement, two-way communication, discussion of achievements, development of competence and abilities, enhancement of the work experience, and balance in work and personal life.  This process replaces more traditional performance appraisal programs and eliminates rating and ranking.
